Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the product and packaging

Upon review, we may offer:

A replacement product

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

If you're still unable to locate your package, contact us, and we'll work with you to determine the best solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because many orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once fulfillment has begun.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
